Ensuring your satisfaction is important as we want to make your Fetch shopping experience as seamless as possible.

If a purchase does not meet your expectations, it can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of your receiving the shipment.

• Exchanges are credited for the full value of the original product and no additional shipping fees are incurred
• Returns in excellent condition will receive a 100% refund minus shipping cost to return the item
• Returns in below excellent condition receive a 65% refund minus shipping cost to return the item

Once we receive the item at our warehouse and confirm that it is in good condition, your refund will be processed.
