Exchange for credit

Should your Fetch purchase not be to the liking of your furry friend, we allow exchanges for store credit within 30 days of receiving the shipment.

Exchanges are credited for the full value of the original product and no additional shipping fees are incurred. 

To receive the full credit, it’s essential that you return the item in as-new condition, in the original packaging, with the return label (tell your pooch not to slobber on anything too much!).

Please make sure the item(s) has not been modified or damaged in any way. Once we receive the item at our warehouse and confirm that it is in good condition, you will receive a credit to use with Fetch.
